Warrior Gun Safes believes in providing satisfactory services to our end customers as our products are well-sheltered by Lifetime Warranty against fire or burglary. On presenting the required and desired documents to an authorized representative, safe will be replaced or repaired by comparable or same model and even shipping cost will be provided by the company.

Full 1 Year Warranty

Our company is ready to compensate the loss in case the products have manufacturing defects as 1 year warranty is issued by the company against manufacturing defects. Defective products will be changed as soon as possible. However, it is pertinent to disclose that repair price will never exceed the original purchase price. Electronic components usually carry warranty of 90 days. Yet in most of the cases, through original manufacturer of the lock, a one year warranty can be claimed.

Lifetime Burglary and Fire Warranty and Full 1 Year Warranty Inclusions

These warranties are for original buyers only. All the final decisions regarding warranty issues such as right to refund the purchase or not, etc. lie in the hands of Warriore Gun Safes only. However, for the installation cost or safe removal’s cost, our company is not at all liable. It is worth to disclose here that this warranty does not include damage caused due to tampering, water, neglect and abuse or mishandling. For claiming reimbursements, it is necessary that approval from the company is received in advance before availing the warranty repair services or else the company has the authority to refuse making payment to the respective service provider. At the time of damage, if any valuables or contents are stored inside the safe, then we are not responsible for that.
